Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

We want you to be happy with your Riimuki purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work in compliance with EU consumer law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
• To exercise this right, you must email us at hello@riimuki.com or use another clear written method before the deadline.

3. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. Refund Process

• We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request or once we have received the returned goods, whichever is later.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• If the product is damaged due to your handling, we may reduce the refund amount.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
