This Delivery Policy explains how and when we ship Riimuki orders. We aim to deliver your items promptly, safely, and in excellent condition, while recognising that some factors may be outside our control.

2. Delivery Areas

  • We aim to deliver to all EU countries.
  • Shipping outside the EU may be possible on request—please contact us for details.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is in addition to delivery time.
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays, and processing may take longer during busy periods.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address. These are not guaranteed and may vary.
  • Delays may occur due to customs checks, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customs checks may also result in additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Occasional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated when available.

6. Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number where available from the courier.
  • You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Claims may be subject to courier investigation.
  • If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
